THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented and driven Web & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our website, ensuring optimal user experience (UX) and performance, while developing and implementing a robust SEO strategy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Webflow, strong English communication skills, and a strategic mindset for SEO across multiple fronts.
Responsibilities:
1. Website Management:
- Oversee the user experience (UX) and customer journey on the website, ensuring seamless navigation and an optimized customer path on all devices.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the impact of design and content changes on user engagement, conversion rates, and overall site performance, and implement the best-performing versions.
- Manage requests from internal teams to implement design and content changes on the website via Webflow.
2. SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, search rankings, and online visibility.
- Implement on-page SEO optimization, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Manage off-page SEO efforts such as backlink building, outreach, and partnerships to enhance domain authority.
- Plan and execute a blog content strategy, including keyword-driven topics and regular posting.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Use SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track performance, analyze metrics, and report results to management.
- Continuously monitor SEO trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience working on Web design and SEO.
- Expertise in Webflow and website management.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
- Experience in blog strategy, planning, and publishing.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Proficient in web analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with other areas of digital marketing (e.g., paid ads, social media, CRM, etc.) is a plus.
