Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing and product strategy. This position will focus on creating clear and compelling messaging, planning impactful feature launches, and producing high-quality content to engage and educate our audience. As part of your role, you will also work closely with the Business Development team, Product, and Management teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Responsibilities
1. Develop compelling messaging: Clearly articulate the unique value propositions of our MedTech SaaS product.
2. Plan and execute feature launches: Strategize and implement comprehensive plans for launching new features.
3. Create educational and promotional content: Develop high-quality materials tailored to different audiences.
4. Collaborate on scientific content review: Work with the Product team to ensure accurate communication to healthcare professionals.
5. Support Business Development: Provide training, tools, and resources to the team.
6. Conduct market research: Analyze trends and gather customer insights.
7. Drive media relations: Manage press releases and foster relationships with media outlets.
8. Optimize online presence: Oversee website content, SEO, and digital campaigns.
9. Engage with audiences on social media: Build relationships through LinkedIn and other platforms.
10. Support congresses and events: Plan and participate in trade shows and conferences.
11. Track and refine marketing performance: Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
12. Collaborate cross-functionally: Align marketing initiatives with other teams.
13. Manage budgets: Develop and oversee the marketing budget.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4-5 years in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, or similar roles.
3. Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, technology, or SaaS.
4. Proven ability to develop and execute successful product marketing strategies.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Experience with organizing and participating in industry events.
7. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
8. High proficiency in Spanish and English; additional European languages are a plus.
