We are currently looking to hire a Sales Manager for our Experiences Division to join our sales team. We are seeking dynamic individuals with initiative and autonomy, teamwork and communication skills, and analytical capabilities.
The main responsibilities will be:
1. Be a role model for the company's culture and values.
2. Drive the development of sales strategies within the Juniper Experiences by NexusTours Division.
3. Work closely with the Director of our Juniper Experiences by NexusTours division to establish and lead sales strategies and programs.
4. Define the market by region, set sales targets by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region; project sales volume and expected profit for existing and new products.
5. Manage the global sales process, providing data to enable metrics for sales funnel management.
6. Follow pricing policies, including volume discounts and conditions based on costs.
7. Maintain key client relationships and develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base.
8. Experience in the travel industry.
9. Ability to plan and manage both strategically and operationally.
10. Established contacts and relationships with potential clients.
11. Excellent consultative selling skills and outstanding interpersonal skills with clients and partners at the executive level.
12. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-oriented and team-oriented environment.
13. Experience with sales methodology and sales funnel management.
14. Ability to take on more significant executive responsibilities over time.
15. Flexibility to travel and work outside of normal hours.
