You will be checking up on everything being correctly booked with our suppliers and coordinating details with our sales team and directly with customers to make sure our groups get the service they have bought. You will work closely with the Destination Managers for this area. You will receive extensive training and will also be a part of an Operations Team of 9 people operating other destinations who can assist you as well. The position is a remote work / work-from-home position. The job is 40 hours per week on average.We provide a good fixed salary but also a significant bonus structure. The role comes with a lot of responsibility but also enjoys a lot of autonomy and self-management. The job fits very well for someone ambitious who wants to learn a lot in a short period of time, or someone looking to utilize their German skills to earn a good salary within a 7 month period - and possibly return for next season.The job’s main tasks will be these:Check availability for requested events and make new reservations with suppliers via phone and emailHandle changes to existing reservations (long term and last minute)Finalize bookings and communicate final booking details to customersCommunication with suppliersCommunication with the group leader during the tripCommunication with account manager colleagues regarding bookings and changesBe on-call for emergency phone during weekends / nights (we can potentially organise shifts, so you are only on-call during some weekends - max. every 2nd weekend)Ad hoc problem solvingQualificationsThe successful candidate should have the following skills:Fluent in German (min.
