Everyone contributes to our hyper-growth, but one of the largest contributions comes from our highly engaged and international New Sales Team.Opportunity for New Sales Manager5+ years experience in (ideally Software) Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Management ConsultancyStrategic and customer-centric thinking to attract and acquire new customersExcellent negotiation skills, closing small & medium-sized B2B deals. Ideally, also large B2B deals.Experience engaging all levels of the customer organization : from the end-user to the C-levelTechnical adeptness, ability to quickly learn about complex products and explain their value to prospectsStructured way of working with impeccable CRM Management. Ideally, experience working with an Outbound softwareSales Techniques-Know-how such as Account Based Marketing, PEDDICC and similar techniques.Passion for hyper-growth environments with an agile and highly proactive way of workingGrowth- and solution-oriented mindset, while very collaborativeExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Fluency in English and German or ArabicOwnership and a collaborative approach towards other departments such as Customer Success, Product, Marketing, etc.Ideally, experience in the OSINT or cybersecurity marketResponsibilitiesAchieving your Sales Quota through the following:Call and email our prospectsDemonstrate our product and explain our value proposition (on its own and in comparison to our competitors' products)Explain price breakdowns and contract terms, coming to an agreement with the prospect that benefits both sidesOutbound campaignsResearch about new leads and prospects and identify how we can contribute to their goals and solve their painsDevelop concrete closing plans for each new sale, with accurate and up-to-date documentation in the CRMFor strategic accounts: development and maintaining account plansClosing small, medium-sized, and large dealsImpeccable handovers to Customer Success Managers, ensuring that new customers are set-up for success from Day 1Be up to date on our product developments and how they can help you accelerate your salesMost interactions will take place online, on a 1:1 basis with leads generated by the Marketing Team or your own outbound activities.
