About the Company: We are a dynamic hotel management company with more than 18 multi-brand properties across Spain and Italy (some of them in pipeline). Our portfolio includes a mix of properties utilizing RMS and traditional grid structures and we are looking for a person focused on technology, innovation, and growth, combining them to optimize pricing strategies and support building scalable reporting standards.
About the Role: Develop and execute the pricing strategies defined to maximize revenue and profitability across a diverse portfolio of properties. Analyse performance data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks (familiar with STR tool).
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with property managers to ensure consistent application of revenue strategies (General managers, sales managers, and other Revenue Managers).
2. Manage and optimize revenue management systems (RMS) for applicable properties, and support those without RMS by applying grid-based pricing methodologies.
3. Design and implement standardized reporting tools to improve decision-making and facilitate scaling across hotels.
4. Monitor competitive set pricing and market positioning to maintain a competitive advantage.
5. Provide training and support to property teams on revenue management best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
3. Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto) as well as Excel and deep knowledge of other advanced analytic tools such as Power BI.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to adapt strategies to different property types and systems.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Fluent in English and Spanish.
