About Mortgage Direct
Mortgage Direct is the leading mortgage broker specializing in the non-resident mortgage market in Spain.
The profile of non-resident buyers is one of high net worth looking for a holiday or an investment property. This audience differs from the Spanish residents since they have more financial education and demands. In its 17 years, Mortgage Direct has positioned itself as the go-to mortgage broker for the HNWI (high net worth individuals) based on its service of excellence and wide variety of solutions.
Bayteca is a brand of Mortgage Direct S.L.U. and operates under license D108 of the Bank of Spain.
The Main Event: What you'll do
We are looking for a go-getter to join the team as Marketing Executive for the Mortgage Business Unit, which encloses two brands: Bayteca and Mortgage Direct. This role will plan, define, and execute the Marketing Strategy, working closely with its key stakeholders (Head of Marketing, BU General Manager, Marketing Lead Counterpart in Dubai, Huspy Design Studio, and Marketing Specialist peers). The role will be based in Madrid. Key responsibilities are as follows:
Take the lead on identifying which customer segments to target (and why)
Develop and execute the marketing plan to create a significant impact on key business metrics
Working with other stakeholders to develop 360 campaigns (e.g., including PR, events, paid media, social, CRM, sales enablement, strategic partnerships, content, etc) focusing on demand generation and/or engagement
Craft a wide range of content deliverables from microcopy, to marketing materials, landing pages, blogs, and transactional / growth comms
Work with Product Designers on conducting research and discovery
The Perfect Match: What you bring
3+ years of experience in marketing (content, social media, communications, PR and events aspects)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with conflicting timelines
Ability to work with a complex stakeholder matrix across different regions
Demonstrate resilience and ability to thrive despite ambiguity and change
Strong project management skills
Creative problem solver
Prior BTL marketing experience is preferred
Fluency in Castilian Spanish is required, with at least a C1 English Level.
Product marketing experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
