Area Description
Vendor management is a transversal area within TGS, responsible of managing the relationship with our providers, both on the economic level and strategic discussions, as well as by giving support to the operational areas and business units.
Mission
The candidate will be part of the Business Analyst and Economic Control area and will work very closely with the whole organization (Controllers, Intervention, Procurement).
The candidate will be responsible of the accounting and economic management of the providers of the area, including economic analysis, baskets management and good receipts management.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1. New providers management: request in SAP of the provider creation and e2e control of the creation in the different tools.
2. Good receipts management: analysis and calculation of the needs and request to the corresponding area
3. Purchase order e2e management: annual launch of the baskets, monthly review of possible extensions and quarterly forecast adjustments
4. Accounting Analysis for COS and OPEX: analysis of the company reports, reclassifications need identification and understanding of the reasons for the possible deviations
5. Control of the costs related to the OPEX services we have in Vendor Management
6. Downloads and consolidation of SAP reports to analyze previous years accounting information among others
Qualifications, Training & Experience:
7. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
8. SAP knowledge
9. Microsoft Office skills (Advanced Excel, Power Point, Word)
10. Accounting analysis experience
11. Spanish and English, high level spoken and written
12. Experience in an international environment
13. Experience in a similar role will be valuable
