We are currently looking for a French speaking Account Manager, located in the region of France or Iberia, willing to be a helping hand to our clients in their transformation journey, and being part of our passionate international team. You would be working on diverse projects across multiple European countries, with strong collaboration with our teams in Europe and in Asia.
Your Role and Tasks
* Act as the main contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
* Understand clients’ business goals, challenges, and industry trends
* Handle day-to-day account activities, including inquiries, problem resolution, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations
* Monitor account performance and recommend improvements or additional services/products
* Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products
* Work closely with internal teams (e.G., sales, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth delivery of services
* Communicate client feedback to relevant teams to improve product/service quality
* Prepare and deliver account performance reports and business reviews to clients
* Maintain accurate client records, including contracts, agreements, and communications
What You Bring with You
* At least 5+ years working experience on an Account Manager position
* Fluent / Native professional French language, and fluent English
* Insurance industry experience, either in-house or from consulting or technology provider
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Good to have:
* Additional experience in B2B sales, project management or a related role
