WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field
* 6+ years of experience in AdTech, Ad Operations, or a similar role in a multinational or regional company
* Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Amazon
* Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Marketing Platform (GMP)
* Experience using Power BI and managing business platforms like Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads
* Strong understanding of digital marketing data, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
* Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage global advertising technology frameworks, and ensure compliance with industry standards
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Define and implement global standards for digital advertising technology
* Ensure AdTech best practices are followed across teams, markets, and external partners
* Act as the primary point of contact for all AdTech-related questions, requests, and needs
* Manage user access and governance for advertising platforms and tools
* Oversee digital media tagging strategies to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting
* Identify and resolve discrepancies in digital marketing data across different platforms
* Develop tagging frameworks that align with business objectives and campaign KPIs
* Support the deployment of cookieless solutions and server-side tracking technologies
* Manage relationships with key partners such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Amazon
* Coordinate with global media agencies to optimize AdTech operations and strategies
* Research and recommend innovative AdTech tools to enhance digital marketing efforts
* Lead pilot tests of new advertising technologies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
