How to contribute to our vision:
* Management of commercial and financial matters throughout the sales phase for the region SE&A to maximise the profitable order entry while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Together with Sales Manager in the Region responsible to ensure profitable order entry to achieve forecast and budget. Responsible for accurate and balanced OE forecast as well as sales budget for region SE&A.
* Lead a finance sales team responsible for:
o Commercial part of contract negotiation.
o Ensuring contract quality via high quality SBA strategy and Risk and Opportunity Workshops and contract reviews.
o Lead commercial evaluation of risks and opportunities for the sales projects in alignment with experts and stakeholders.
o Prepare commercial and financial documents during the bidding phase.
o Provide guidance on negotiation strategy with the target to sign balanced contracts with the risk profiled envisaged by the company.
o Responsible to implement processes relevant for finance sales such as the sales guideline and to provide improvement ideas and share best practices and lessons learned.
o Build and maintain strong network with relevant stakeholders.
o Lead audits in the area of responsibility.
