HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
MURCIA
We are looking for a talented and driven Human Resources Manager to join our multinational company in Murcia and become a key member of our European HR management team. In this critical role, you will provide expert HR support, lead strategic initiatives, and help drive workforce development to achieve business goals.
As the HR Manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team, championing employee engagement and organizational development. You will also oversee key HR processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with our company culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational HR Activities
* Serve as a consultant to management regarding the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, hiring, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, leave of absence, and terminations.
* Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, ethical considerations, legal requirements, budget implications, and effective communication.
* Collaborate with the European Total Rewards team to execute annual compensation cycles, including merit raises, off-cycle pay reviews, and bonus processes.
Driving Organizational Change
* Lead and implement organizational initiatives and change management plans.
* Design and execute change management strategies, including communications, events, and manager support.
* Ensure HR data accuracy in the HR online system (SuccessFactors).
Talent Development
* Oversee annual HR processes like performance management, site-level calibrations, and feedback collection.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of training plans and support managers with training challenges.
* Facilitate onboarding for new managers to establish strong relationships and ensure smooth integration.
Fostering Workplace Culture
* Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and create an inspiring and supportive workplace.
* Support the company’s ambition to become an Employer of Choice by implementing innovative programs and strategies.
Collaboration and Interfaces
* Work closely with local business managers, the HRBP team, country HR management, and corporate Centers of Expertise (Total Rewards, L&D) to deliver the best HR service to the business.
* Provide direct management, support, and guidance to the HR Advisor.
Your Profile:
Requirements:
* At least 8 years of HR experience in a leadership role within an international, multicultural environment.
* Proven ability to lead change, deliver results, and act as a strategic partner for senior management.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
* Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented professional who thrives under pressure.
* Fluency in English and strong knowledge of Spanish employment law.
* Advanced knowledge of data analytics, Excel, and compensation & benefits practices.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
* Familiarity with HR information systems such as SuccessFactors is a plus.
