Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with a presence in Europe, the United States, and Latin America with more than 17 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages, and operates high-quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2.4GW assets in operations and construction.
Opdenergy is now looking for a Talent Acquisition & Branding Specialist to join our HR Team in Madrid. The selected candidate will be mainly responsible for owning talent processes, improving and carrying them out in response to the company need.
What will you help with
1. Analyze hiring needs and selection criteria with the hiring managers for different positions
2. Screen CVs, interview candidates, and identify competencies needed for specific positions or teams
3. Plan sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines to fill future roles
4. Carry out the onboarding process for new hires to adapt quickly and effectively
5. Take part in projects related to employee experience and employer branding, diversity & inclusion
6. Conduct market research worldwide upon request, analyze results, and reflect them in TA and employer branding activities
7. Train hiring managers and interviewers on recruitment procedures, best interview practices, and approaches
8. Propose and carry out employer branding strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent
9. Create and execute campaigns across various channels
10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, marketing, and leadership, to ensure communication internally
Who you are
1. From 1 to 3 years’ experience in talent departments
2. Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and technology
3. Degree in Psychology, HR, or related
4. Professional proficiency in English; other languages (French or Italian) are positively considered
5. Knowledge of Excel
6. Previous experience conducting presentations will be positively considered
