About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will work closely with business teams, data analysts, and product owners to define priorities, ensure smooth communication, and drive adoption strategies for digital solutions across multiple countries. Your role will focus on stakeholder management, project execution, and product adoption to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact between the SCRUM teams and stakeholders across different countries, ensuring clear and effective communication.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key business areas.
* Identify and document stakeholder needs, ensuring they are understood and prioritized.
* Collaborate with the Product Owner to define product improvements and align on strategy.
* Manage project execution, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Validate new product features and oversee their adoption across different markets.
* Coordinate with technical teams and the rollout team to implement new integrations and improvements.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth product adoption and effective use.
* Work with a data-driven approach, leveraging insights to optimize product adoption and user experience.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in a digital environment, focusing on stakeholder engagement and product adoption.
* Strong autonomy and problem-solving mindset, able to anticipate and resolve challenges proactively.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English & Spanish.
* Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM) and project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
* Ability to lead training sessions and workshops, ensuring effective product adoption.
* Strong strategic thinking and results-driven approach.
* Familiarity with change management, product rollout, and stakeholder coordination.
* Nice to have: Basic technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with development teams.
