Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a sales team (5 people) to ensure compliance with KPIs and monthly targets.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into satisfied customers.
* Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
* Ensure that your team meets targets, offering constant support through brainstorming sessions and workshops.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5-7 years' experience in sales, preferably in telesales, telemarketing or call centres.
* 2-3 years managing small teams (5 people).
* High level of German (near-native) and fluent English.
* Exceptional communication, people management and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to lead under pressure, motivate the team and achieve ambitious goals.
