We are looking forward to strengthening our Fragrances team with a temporary Commercial Assistant
What you will do:
* Assistant activities: Organizing meetings and trips (bookings, currency and visas management), preparation of meetings and visits to Lucta, assistance to our Area managers.
* Sales Operations: Contact with clients, order processing, managing technical documentation, creating and updating data in our internal systems.
* Order Coordination: Entering and maintaining customer data, receiving orders, setting shipment and delivery, portfolio issuance, coordination between expedition-production and foreign trade, confirmation of orders to customers, annual price updates, monitoring and control.
* Follow-up of: Pending sample bulletins, data information for customer shipments, tracking claims and returns and maintenance of the file. Preparation of statistics.
* Service to affiliates: Organization and maintenance of the information shared with the affiliates, reporting on subsidiary requests, coordination of affiliate samples and orders.
Requirements:
What do you need:
* Mid-Level studies.
* Proficient in spoken and written Spanish and intermediate english.
* At least 2-3 years of experience as Assistant in a Commercial team or performing Customer Service activities.
* Experience in SAP Customer Service.
