For our Diesel Store in Madrid Las Rozas Village we're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader .

Key Responsibilities
* Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients
* Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all time
* Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
* Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them
* Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
* Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
* Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
* Prove Brand and product knowledge
* Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free in a punctual and accurate manner
* Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
* Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
* Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors
* Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
* Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured Luxury Fashion/Retail companies is an asset.
* Passionate about Retail, Customer Service and commercial mindset.
* Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities
* Strong communication skills.
* Willingness to grow in the organization; willingness to relocate is an a plus.
* Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.
* Are a Brand Ambassador that has a passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.
* Have fluent in English and Portuguese, the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.
* We are looking for candidates with strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution.
