Your mission: In addition to atwork’s presence in the DACH region, atwork is now entering additional markets. In this position, you will help atwork develop French-speaking markets in France and the Western, French-speaking part of Switzerland, with the help of a team of Sales Development Representatives and marketing specialists. Build your own sales portfolio and rely on professional support, strategic guidance, and leverage atwork’s existing sales infrastructure.
This is what you will do with us:
* Independent acquisition of SMEs in France and the Western, French-speaking part of Switzerland.
* Support targeted marketing initiatives, campaigns, and external events for lead generation.
* Identify new opportunities on how to enlarge the existing sales portfolio in the new target market (e.g. new partner channels, etc.).
Location: Remote
Workload: 32-40 hrs/wk
Your profile:
* Completed business studies or comparable education.
* Business fluent in French and English.
* At least 3 years of successful sales experience of software products and services.
* Background and network in the wider HR field.
* High customer-orientation and business acumen.
* Experience with the use and maintenance of CRM tools and Excel.
* Willingness to travel.
Nice to have:
* Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese are a plus.
