Clinical Aplications Specialist Coronary (South Spain)
Job Description

In this role you are responsible for the following activities:
* Providing primary training and education to customers
* Assisting in disseminating technical product information to customers and executing hospital staff training, also in the cath lab during clinical procedures.
* Achieving and growing disposable utilization; assisting in advancing disposable revenue and market position consistent with territory, division, and company goals.
* Monitoring the use of Intrasight and Syncvision systems, by regular contact with the users, in order to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and systems. Assisting each step of the system utilization, from the delivery to the cath-lab support.
* Building solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, training/education, research, and business office staff.
* Interfacing with Marketing and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.
* Coordination of local professional education training to customers.
* Processing and monitoring product complaints per company procedures.
You're the right fit if you have:
* Bc / Sc degree in Biomedical engineering or clinical/science-related field.
* Minimum 3 years experience in providing clinical support in a cath-lab.
* Presentation and Communication skills.
* Excellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills.
* English fluency and Spanish native language skills are mandatory.
* Availability to travel 60% of the time to support cath-lab procedures.
