Hays is collaborating with a leading company in the insurance and health services sector in Spain.We are looking for QA Analyst to join our team: Functions:Identify root-causes in real time, through a heatmap, implementing actions to reduce pain points.Help technical teams understand bugs and evolutions.Analysis and presentations of key findings.Follow-up on the different KPIs to help evaluate the correct functioning of the portfolio and actions for improvement.Detect and manage bugs, enabling seamless product operation.Preparation of monitoring reports and execution of related action plans.Identify and resolve infrastructure and performance issues and make proactive improvements.Requirements:At least 5 years of previous experience.Excellent analytical skills and ability to find root-causes to each issue.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and know how to put inputs from multiple sources to tell a storyKnowledge in IoT devices and/or network carriers.Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically about how different parts of a system interact and affect each other.Education: Bachelor/Masters degree in Telecommunications/Industrial Engineering or related fields.English: AdvancedWe offer:Stable projectLocation: MadridIf you are looking for new opportunities, apply and we will contact you!
