We are currently seeking a Powertrain Product Designer to lead a team in developing key components of Horse's portfolio (engine, gearbox, battery, power electronics). This role spans from advanced engineering to mass production, ensuring the use of our design standards and systems.
What you will do
* Lead and guide designers: Provide leadership and guidance to designers to ensure consistent and high-quality work.
* Monitor design progress and report to managers: Oversee the design progress and keep project and team managers informed.
* Conduct key studies and address important topics: Carry out essential studies and tackle the most relevant design issues.
* Review and approve drawings: Check and approve drawings to ensure they are accurate and meet standards.
* Apply HORSE standards and knowledge: Utilize and leverage HORSE standards and knowledge in projects.
* Ensure project planning and quality: Guarantee that project planning and quality are maintained through detailed analysis.
What we are looking for
* Minimum Experience: 5 years
* Education: Certificate of Higher Education (FPII) or Bachelor / Degree (Designer, Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Master in Automotive Engineering, Master in Project Management)
* Languages: English mandatory, French also valued but not mandatory
