Description:
A highly skilled Project Manager with experience managing complex projects in the renewable energy industry. Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams, strategic planning, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Adept in risk management, cost control, and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment between project objectives and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proven ability to manage all phases of a project (from initiation to closure).
2. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
3. Ability to motivate and guide teams.
4. Experience in conflict resolution and decision-making.
5. Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with stakeholders and team members.
6. Ability to prepare and present reports, proposals, and plans.
7. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
8. Experience in managing project budgets, forecasting, and ensuring project completion within budget.
9. Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
10. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and keep the project on schedule.
11. Experience in working with EPC Contracts.
