As part of our team, you will experience continuous growth and expansion in a multinational environment.For further information please visit: www.Upl ltd.ComWe shape careers, not just jobs.Responsiblities:Work on an activation caign for our Digital Training Platform enabling development opportunities and solving potential employee technical queries.Prepare and review training materials for soft and technical skills trainings: Leadership, Communication, Finance, Analyze and evaluate training feedback and effectiveness, creating specific reports and dashboards for decision making.Activate and monitor invoicing, ensuring correct payment and positive relations with the respective training providers.Assisting in the Training Plan execution at Europe level from the training needs assessment to training execution and evaluation, ensuring LD excellence.Collaborate on the coordination and deployment of each training: list of participants, agenda, invite mailing, logistics, attendance report, certificates, surveys, and others.Register in our LMS Training Platform database all training activities and ensure employees learning plans are up to date.Participate in Talent Development and Culture Engagement projects, including initiatives such as the Culture Survey, Recognition Awards, Diversity Inclusion, and others.Other administrative support to the Department such as preparing ad hoc reports or presentations.Requirements:Bachelor/Master student with a focus on human resources.Possibility to formalize a University / Business School Agreement (internship agreement) for full time during a period of 6 to 12 monthsMin. C1 English level.
