We are looking to recruit Registered Nurses to strengthen our daily medical case handling for Nordic customers.ResponsibilitiesAnswering calls and e-mails, case registration, case handling and assistance coordinationMedical screening/triage and escalating complex cases to our contact doctorsCommunication with patients, relatives, clinics and hospitals, including obtaining medical reportsAssessing medical reports and journals, deciding about coverage as well as medical treatment need and qualityMedical advice to customers when relevantTraining and support for Assistance Coordinators in medical issuesQualificationsHolder of an EU-recognized nursing certification and licenseMinimum 3 years clinical working experience as Registered NurseWorking experience in the insurance or travel industry is an advantageFluent in one of the languages Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish (both written and spoken)Proficient in English (both written and spoken), since our working language is English - in addition to the relevant Nordic language.
