Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled elevator service technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling service activities in the elevator industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be assertive, proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend callbacks, perform routine maintenance and code maintenance tasks.
* Ensure 100% service visits for Routine Maintenance and Handover Keys (RM & HK).
* Repair activities as required, including ACR - Audit Copy Return and PCR - Pink Copy Return after completion of work.
* Monitor elevators in accordance with World Wide JSSS compliance standards.
* Generate T leads and complete PUIs efficiently.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
* 3-6 years of experience in handling service activities in the elevator industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Assertive, proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated personality traits.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the elevator industry is highly desirable.
