Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA.We are supporting a well esteemed client of ours searching for a Senior Customer Engineer in Spain for a 12 month extendable contract.Job Description:A key technical resource for customers in Spain on the M365 platform, providing expert technical guidance on Microsoft technologies such as: Exchange, Teams, Defender for O365 & Microsoft PurviewLead proactive technical trainings and workshops to provide expert technical guidance in line with industry best practicesDevelop customer relationships, drive innovative solutions & product adoptionKey Requirements:Fluency in speaking Spanish and EnglishDeep expertise with Architecture, Implementation, Maintenance and Migration of Microsoft technology solutions on Microsoft Exchange (On Prem + Online), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Teams & Microsoft Purview.Excellent communication/interpersonal skills to build client relationships and understand their needs/challengesDesign & implement Microsoft technology solutions based on client needs/challengesHybrid Configurations: Manage and troubleshoot hybrid configurations of email systems, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud environments.Knowledge of topics such as Microsoft Teams Governance, Security & Compliance and Microsoft Exchange policiesTroubleshooting: Deep Experience in monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams & Exchange issues.
