Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will act as a strategic partner for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers in achieving our hiring goals. Your role will be critical in helping ensure candidates have a positive interviewing experience. This role is fully remote and a six-month contract.
What will you do?
● Schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers using GoodTime, a scheduling automation system
● Deliver a remarkable candidate experience
● Direct incoming recruiting-related communications with recruiter, interviewers and candidates in a timely manner
● Connect with the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and process accuracy
Qualifications
* Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and work ethic when dealing with a high volume.
* Must live in Spain
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience.
* Are extremely organized and proactive with follow-ups
* Have strong communication and professional writing skills
* Have a proven track record of success in previous roles/internships
* Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Coordination
* Use of either GoodTime or Greenhouse is a bonus
