At Eurofirms Services we are looking for a Receptionist & Administrative Support to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices at its offices in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
* Work from the office reception desk, meet and greet clients, vendors, and staff.
* Assist in the coordination and organization of administrative issues proactively, for instance, meetings, events, and appointments.
* Monitor and maintain office supplies and be responsible for receiving and managing related invoices.
* Responsible for internal logistics (device delivery, inventories, and supplies).
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience in assistance / administrative / receptionist duties for 2-3 years.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks.
