We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage the payroll process for workers and contractors across the EU and Rest of the World (ROW). The role ensures timely and accurate payments in line with SLA contracts while maintaining compliance with taxation regulations. This position requires expertise in payroll taxation, timesheet processing, invoice management, and strong administrative and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
* Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with EU and ROW taxation laws.
* Process high-volume payroll and timesheets efficiently within strict deadlines.
* Maintain and update employee and contractor records, including personal information and work eligibility documentation.
* Generate and distribute payslips, final pay statements, and audit documentation.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, agencies, and clients to verify rates, check price lists, and resolve payment discrepancies.
* Prepare and send invoices to clients as directed by the Payments Solutions Manager.
* Handle general payroll queries from workers and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with deductions for benefits such as health insurance and voluntary contributions.
* Collaborate with HR and finance teams to support the payroll function.
* Perform debt recovery tasks, including overpayment deductions and tax levy corrections.
* Enter timesheet data into the ERP system and process payments within agreed timeframes.
* Monitor and update invoice and timesheet information in portals, CRM systems, and databases.
* Identify and propose process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge :
* Strong understanding of payroll taxation in the EU & ROW.
* Proven experience in payroll administration and compliance-led document handling.
* Proficiency in processing timesheets and payroll transactions at scale.
* Excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills, including time management and task prioritization.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* Experience with payroll and invoicing software, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
* Detail-oriented with strong data entry and analytical skills.
* Commitment to attendance and punctuality due to the critical nature of payroll operations.
* Multilingual abilities (not essential but advantageous).
* Experience in handling invoice queries and debt recovery processes.
* Familiarity with employment laws and payroll regulations across multiple countries.
