Job Overview:
The Digital Delivery Coordinator at WSI will be required to fulfill digital marketing campaigns delivered through the WSI Corporate Store and WSI HUB. The Digital Delivery Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining customer/client satisfaction because they are responsible for the performance and quality of the digital product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and content writing for digital marketing. While SEO and content play a key role in this position, the coordinator will also be responsible for supporting other digital marketing initiatives as required.
Responsibilities:
* Constantly strives to maintain the happiness and satisfaction of all clients under management by delivering quality work within defined timeframes.
* Coordinate the delivery of various digital marketing products, including:
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
* Web development & Updates
* PPC Campaigns (Google/FB)
* Responsible for organizing delivery through external vendors as well as internal processes, tech, and tool sets.
* Provide accurate reporting and analytical data where required.
* Deliver projects based on specific KPI and quality metrics.
* Solve delivery issues in a professional, creative, and timely manner.
* Operate within a project management system (ClickUp preferred) to ensure organization and speed.
* Must be able to manage priorities effectively.
* Attend daily check-in meetings with the team to report on progress and highlight any issues.
* Set appropriate timelines for deliverables and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project delays.
* Drive projects forward and highlight obstacles that require management’s attention.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Post-secondary education preferred but not required.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Basic understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and AI-driven search trends (SGE, AI-generated search results).
* Strong content writing skills – experience writing web content, ad copy, and SEO-driven articles is a plus.
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) is preferred.
* Google Ad certification is a plus.
* Proven ability to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and display critical thinking skills.
* Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools is preferred.
* Highly organized with effective systems and tools in place.
* Demonstrates persistence, strives to improve skills, and achieves goals in all facets of their role.
