Kenvue is currently recruiting for: IT Serialization Lead. This position reports into the PO Serialization and is based at Alcala de Henares, Spain.

What You Will Do
As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Global Serialization lead, this role is responsible for deploying and managing our global level 4 SAP ATTP solution. This role requires an understanding of the functionalities of the ATTP solution and the link with level 3 serialization software like Antares. This role will cover both BU-IT as well as TS responsibilities. The role will keep close contact with our serialization solution providers and SAP in particular. This role will work at the intersection of business vision & strategy and technical execution to deploy and manage global serialization.
Key Responsibilities
1. BU-IT Level key activities:
1. Shape and prioritize backlog + Translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.
2. Resources and budget planning.
3. Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
4. Work with TS partner(s) to assess solutions.
5. Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders.
6. Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility on performance.
7. Work with SAP Basis team on maintenance planning.
8. Work with TS for securing on-time project deliveries.
9. Drive alignment with BU partners.
2. TS Level 4 tasks:
1. Increase Serialization systems technical knowledge with a focus on SAP ATTP.
2. Prepare implementation of patches/updates/fixes.
3. Facilitate serialization deployments in other countries or for 3PLs and CMOs.
4. Connection with L3.
5. Initial build tests and prepare test scenarios.
6. Support SME BST and UAT.
7. Hypercare organization.
8. Productive roll-out support.
9. Connection with software suppliers for requirements and fixes.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
1. 5 years' experience as a business/technology owner in IT Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
2. Understanding of SAP-ATTP.
3. Ability to be hands-on with Serialization solutions configuration and development.
4. Basis Experience and understanding ecosystems with ERPs.
5. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment within pharma and/or consumer product industry, specifically in the serialization and Track and Trace (T&T) area.
6. Understanding of industry T&T trends and customer needs, ability to create a value proposition for the user and a vision for technology that best supports business goals.
7. Experience in working with cloud-based solutions is a plus.
8. Ability to deploy, manage, and maintain IT solutions support models for the serialization area.
9. Good communication skills and ability to communicate with engineers, developers, as well as with business managers, business SMEs.
10. Professional certifications preferred but not required: Agile, PM, ITIL, Change management, etc.
11. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
12. Professional level of English & Spanish (written and verbal).
