The Data and Artificial Intelligence team works daily to seek opportunities to generate value. We prototype, validate hypotheses with business teams, and deploy all the talent, teamwork, and technology necessary to build AI-first products that have the greatest possible impact at scale (millions of users across dozens of countries) to make it accessible to as many people as possible. We build digital products based on Data and AI for the construction of a great digital sports platform.
If you want to contribute to this challenge, you have at least 2 years of experience building AI products and are familiar with GenAI solutions, we would like to work with you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and Execute Product Strategy
1. Define and prioritize product roadmaps for AI / GenAI-powered products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
2. Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and GenAI to enhance existing products or create entirely new ones.
3. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI / GenAI products, including user acquisition, product launch, and ongoing product marketing.
Data-Driven Decision Making
1. Leverage data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions about product strategy and roadmap.
2. Work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to analyze data, interpret results, and translate insights into product enhancements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
1. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Engineers, Designers, Marketing, and E-commerce teams, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
2. Communicate the value of AI / GenAI solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Define and prioritize product features and functionalities based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
User Research and Experience
1. Conduct user research to understand customer needs and validate AI product concepts.
2. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, trends, and competitors to inform product strategy.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Strong Product Management Fundamentals: Proven experience in digital product management, with a strong understanding of user-centered design, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
Data and AI / ML Literacy
1. Strong understanding of data science and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
2. Familiarity with Python for data analysis and basic scripting tasks.
3. Familiarity with GenAI technologies, including LLMs, their capabilities, limitations, and best practices for their use.
4. Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into actionable product requirements.
Data Analysis and Interpretation
1. Ability to explore (using SQL) and analyze data, interpret results, and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
2. Experience with data visualization and data storytelling techniques.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation (both Spanish and English), and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically, identify and solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about sports: You enjoy practicing any sport at your own pace and you transmit your passion for sports to all the people around you.
Bonus (Skills Appreciated)
1. Domain knowledge (desirable): Basic understanding of the retail (sports) industry, customer behavior, and relevant business processes.
2. Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
3. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
4. Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
