Treasury Specialist
Location: Madrid, Spain (3 times a week in the office, 2 days at home)

Key Responsibilities
1. Accurate and timely coordination of the inputs, preparation and consolidation of short-term cash flow forecasts.
2. Challenge and review of forecast inputs.
3. Preparation of consolidated report for review with Group and regional CFOs.
4. Ad hoc reporting with commentary on cash performance against forecast and budget.
5. Production of ad hoc reports on key cash flow items.
6. Considerable interaction with the regions and opportunities to support the treasury team with projects from time to time.
Your Qualifications and Competencies
1. Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate position with clarity at all levels of a complex organization.
2. A commercial mindset due to the business partnering element of this role.
3. Ideally, you'll have advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
4. Working knowledge of cash flow (direct and indirect) and reporting.
5. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance role, in a large/medium-sized fully international group.
6. Strong data analytical skills, ERP system experience, and experience of using Excel in a practical business application.
7. Demonstrable ability to work with key stakeholders in multiple global locations and at various levels.
8. Ability to get buy-in and commitment from internal/external stakeholders.
9. High energy, high motivation, and strong work ethic.
10. High proficiency in spoken and written English as the corporate language.
