It is a part of a real estate investment and asset management company specializing in the Spanish residential sector with excellent positioning and prestige.
Developing and executing leasing strategy, establishing and reporting key KPIs for the business, with a focus on lead conversion, occupancy, and rent setting for the different buildings.
You will be the person to lead the pre-leasing during the delivery of new launches for new flex living schemes, ensuring effective lead conversion and an appropriate pre-leasing to meet leasing targets as a result of implementing effective leasing strategies and B2B collaborations.
Your main functions will be:
* Leasing Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement comprehensive leasing plans to achieve occupancy goals and maximize rental income.
o Design and implement training programs with the leasing team & property managers, aligned with the company brand values.
o Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
* Market Analysis and Reporting:
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback and adjust leasing strategies as needed.
o Provide regular leasing forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to the Head of Operations.
* Oversee Leasing Operations:
o Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
o Manage the leasing team, provide training, and set performance goals (CRM, leads, etc).
o Ensure leasing documents are accurate and up to date.
o Report on leasing performance and occupancy rates to senior management.
* Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and relocation companies.
o Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
o Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients.
* Collaboration and Coordination:
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
o Coordinate with the operations team to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
o Collaborate with the leasing team and revenue management to manage availability and optimize pricing strategies.
