We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Project Manager (Web PM) to lead and manage web projects and facilitate seamless communication between teams. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, proactive problem solver, and strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and strategists. The Web PM plays a crucial role in team motivation, project execution, and quality assurance to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects.

What You'll Do
* Monitor the progress of all active web projects, conducting daily follow-ups, facilitating meetings, creating project cards, and tracking status updates.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.
* Conduct first-phase QA for all project tasks before passing them to the design team for further review.
* Ensure the backend logic, structure, and frontend display align with project requirements.
* Follow up on client-side QA feedback to ensure necessary adjustments are made.
* Maintain close communication with client-facing team members to request necessary assets and ensure project requirements are met.
* Ensure smooth collaboration across teams, acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Oversee the uploading of all website copy, verifying backend functionality and ensuring a seamless user interface.
* Manage data migrations, organizing spreadsheets and executing transfers as needed.
* Prepare for website launches, conducting performance checks and following predefined checklists.
* Assist team members in prioritizing tasks, helping them organize workloads based on project urgency and deadlines.
* Maintain a high-level perspective across all projects to ensure optimal resource allocation.
* Reassign team members as necessary to meet deadlines and ensure smooth project execution.
