Account Executive DACH - Barcelona HUB
As a member of the Sales team for the DACH Market, you will be part of a vibrant team based in Barcelona and part of a growing company, leader in its vertical.
* Manage full sales cycle for a Hospitality Industry Software.
* Proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and emailing. The role is based on New Business (around 90%).
* Analyze data and review your sales pipeline using Hubspot.
* Aim to exceed the MRR and ARR targets.
What Are We Looking For?
* German language: Native or C2 level.
* Experience: 2+ years in a sales team (SAAS, Software, Services) with a track record of exceeding targets
* Team player: Desire to exceed 100% of the monthly quota and support colleagues.
* Desire to learn: Willingness to receive coaching and read sales improvement books.
* Organization: Attention to detail, planning, and timely CRM updates.
* Sales cycle: Motivation to sell to SMEs, managing short sales cycles.
