* Lead Generation: Identify and engage target decision-makers in multinationals and investment funds to convert them into potential clients.
* Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored digital marketing strategies for different market segments, adjusting messaging and channels based on audience characteristics.
* Campaign Management: Oversee multichannel campaigns that include valuable content, along with targeted paid advertising.
* Conversion Funnels: Design and optimize conversion funnels, utilizing marketing automation tools to nurture leads and facilitate their buying journey.
* Personalized Experiences: Craft personalized interactions for leads, ensuring that messages and content resonate with their specific needs and cultural contexts.
* Data Analysis: Employ analytics tools to track campaign performance, spot areas for improvement, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
* Degree or Master's degree in Marketing
* 3 years of experience in international firms, serving international clients or digital marketing agencies
* Proven experience in demand generation and developing digital marketing actions within the B2B space and with Lead Magnet Strategies
* Fluency in English
* Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Tools
* Advanced Skills in Tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Dynamics 365, WordPress, Visual Builder AVADA, Dotdigital, Google Editor, Google Trends, Google Keyword Planner, Semrush.
* Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make evidence-based decisions.
* Focused on achieving business objectives and generating significant return on investment (ROI).
* Understanding of the business environment: familiarity with the nuances of the financial sector and market trends.
* Knowledge and Interest in Accounting, Taxes, and Payroll.
* Knowledge and interest in International Business Expansion.
