Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing stock control in good out warehouse, processing orders, deliveries programs loading, customer deliveries.
2. EDI daily correct integration.
3. Customer claims coordination, evaluation, answering.
4. Keeping stock control systems up-to-date and planning future finished good requirements.
5. Ensuring quality, delivery and customer satisfaction are met (Q1).
6. Liaising with third parties to move goods (by road, rail, air or sea) in accordance with customer requirements (shipments, confirmations…).
7. Arranging transport for urgent and high-value freight and managing costs (customers).
8. Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily and monthly basis, managing processes (ISO TS).
9. Logistics protocol for customers.
10. Providing logistics and supply chain management solutions.
11. Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness, security of the work environment and 4 stock principles (VPS) in Warehouses.
Qualifications:
1. University Degree or Technical School Degree.
2. Automotive logistics experience minimum 2 years.
3. Customer portals and communication systems.
4. Spanish and English; a third European language would be appreciated (French or German).
