Tongyu Communication, a global leader in wireless antenna solutions with over 28 years in the industry, is expanding its European presence. We are looking for a driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead customer acquisition and account development across the European telecom market.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive new business by identifying and developing relationships with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).
· Lead RFQ/RFP/RFI activities and ensure Tongyu’s inclusion and selection in procurement cycles.
· Promote Tongyu’s product portfolio and capabilities, generating demand beyond formal tenders.
· Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
· Collaborate with marketing to enhance Tongyu's visibility and market positioning.
· Gather and share market intelligence and competitive insights.
What We’re Looking For
· 5+ years’ experience in sales/business development of technical or wireless solutions to MNOs.
· Demonstrated success in new account development and customer relationship management.
· Strong industry network across different levels within MNO organizations.
· Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize and execute independently.
· Excellent communication skills;
engineering or product management background is a plus.
