Ebury Leon - Hybrid: 4 days a week office based working, 1 day working from home
Ebury is seeking an efficient, detail oriented Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Programme Coordinator to join our Compliance Operations team, to support various projects and ongoing initiatives. The programme coordinator has an eagle eye for detail, a drive for efficiency and great time management skills. Their duties will consist of tracking the status of tasks within multiple projects and ongoing initiatives, administrative tasks, liaising with responsible owners for updates and ensuring that the projects and deliverables meet company goals and standards.
Objectives and responsibilities of this role
1. Monitor every step of a project, programme or initiative for successful and timely completion
2. Track the status of each action in detail
3. Maintain various trackers relating to key compliance activities
4. Support the FCC Senior Programme Coordinator in the planning of new projects
5. Prepare meeting packs for various meetings and prepare minutes
6. Create and continuously improve programme reporting
7. Identify weak areas, best practices and (in)efficient procedures to improve future programs
8. Maintain consistent communication with task owners
9. Support in daily administrative activities
Skills and qualifications (must have)
10. Demonstrated experience in coordinating activities
11. Attention to detail
12. Proven organisational skills
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. Ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner
15. Firm understanding of procedures that increase efficiency
16. Knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs and Slides
17. Dedication to fostering a collaborative team
18. Solution-oriented mindset
19. Fluency in English
Preferred qualifications (nice to have)
20. Experience in planning projects
21. Familiarity with Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF)
22. Ability to generate analytical reports to measure programme impact
23. Familiarity with Jira
