AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER I 2025/2026 - Starting date March 3rd, 2025.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking, and relating.
What does this internship consist of?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

#AirbusGetafePlant is specialist in the structural assembly and equipping of HTPs for A320, A330, and A350 families and the S19 of the A350 in an automated and robotic manner. Specialist in dry carbon fiber manufacturing.

Your main tasks will be focused on:
* Ensure tools, means, and materials are correctly included in work orders.
* Develop a digital check to ensure that the work orders contain all the info requested according to Airbus procedures.
* Work for the three different programs in Airbus commercial.
* Acquire knowledge about technical documentation needed for operators.
* Solving problems close to the product together with Quality and production colleagues.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Bachelor/Master Degree in aeronautics or industrial aspect.
* English: negotiation level.
* General knowledge in Google Workspace.
