From Temporing Barcelona we are looking for an Inside renewals representative with high level of English for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
-Achieve assigned KPI’s.
-Manage opportunity pipelines and forecasts for a set of important Territory accounts.
-Act as an escalation point for all renewal issues that impact customer retention, and drive risk mitigation execution.
-Identify upsell and expansion opportunities for customers.
-Report and analyze sales results by customer segment, region, sales channel, and product.
Requirements:
-Work to resolve complex issues and exercise sound judgment in solutions.
-Prioritize opportunity management effectively.
-Fluent in spoken and written English.
-2/3 years of experience in sales/renewals
-Proven ability to negotiate sales/renewals deals
-Working knowledge of Salesforce.
