About the role
SAP FI/CO Manager will be a part of SAP Center of Excellence team, providing SAP services to all members of Nipro Europe Group Companies.
The person in this role has an end-to-end knowledge of several functional/technological area of SAP and corresponding business processes, but also has general knowledge and understanding of main business processes covered by SAP solutions and is able to design and implement integrated cross-functional flows.
SAP FI/CO Manager will build up and maintain the Finance & Controlling template solution across business units and will apply their knowledge by designing, reviewing, implementing and testing solutions for the business in the corresponding area, but also by challenging and enhancing partner's solutions.
What you will do
SAP projects (60%)
* Act as template keeper during projects: protect and enforce the template and contribute to template development based on gained experience of roll out projects.
* Organize and execute fit-gap analysis for template rollout projects, capturing and documenting gaps.
* Propose and develop, where necessary, solutions to gaps.
* Provide accurate task estimations and follow the project implementation schedule.
* Keep the project Consultant informed about project progress and issues.
SAP Maintenance and support (20%)
* Identify and implement solutions in the FI/CO area related to an evolving regulatory environment, business development and simplification initiatives.
* Provide support and assistance to users, diagnose and resolve system issues in cooperation with external SAP partners.
* Identify recurring issues, analyse and propose solutions for the root cause.
* Align solutions to SAP release and project / support schedules.
* Optimize the system usage and help the business to use the application in a more efficient way.
* Manage support of the assigned functional area, keeping track of AMS team tasks, performance, actual efforts vs estimations etc.
* Assess content, analyse impact and approve transport requests ready for production deployment in their functional area.
* Assess, approve and follow up emergency access requests related to the assigned functionality.
Organization and processes (20%)
* Analyse existing processes and suggest improvements basing on their experience and vision.
* Document changes according to the change management policy.
* Transfer to key users the necessary knowledge be able to use the application in a correct manner.
* Create user manuals and maintain the knowledge base.
* Help key users to test the system and to realize system acceptance.
* Set priorities appropriately, ensure that work outputs of the assigned area's team are timely and of the highest quality.
What you will need
* Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO development in large international organizations
* Experience in a HQ is a plus
* English is a must. Any other language is an added value.
* Very good understanding of finance and controlling processes
