* Managing the RTB partner pipeline and prioritize new integrations accordingly
* Engaged into business growth – prospecting new potential clients for RTB connections
* Managing client relations on a daily basis
* Improving existing processes in the department
* Collaborating with the IT team for constant improvements and troubleshooting
* Monitoring compliance and fraud issues from DSP and SSP partners
* Providing trainings and constant updates to the sales team
* Attending international tradeshows and events
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
* Excellent level of English
* Knowledge of other languages is an additional benefit.
* 1-2 years minimum experience from an advertising network or similar
* Experience with RTB is strongly desired.
* Knowledge of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS etc.)
* Technical understanding and metrics driven.
* Self-disciplined, critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills
* Focused and self-organized
* Comfortable with adult content
* Genuinely passionate about digital marketing and technology
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong negotiation abilities
* Ability to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced environment
