Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR recruitment and a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. This is a remote position, based in Pakistan, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the HR recruitment industry and market trends
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
