AGNITY, a TNS Company, is a global provider of innovative telecommunication carrier core network and enterprise applications hosted on its industry-leading Communication Application Server.
Agnity solutions are deployed in mobile and fixed-line communication service providers (CSP) and have a high worldwide profile of Tier 1/2 CSPs as our referenceable customers.
We are expanding our sales organization and looking to fulfill a key role of Regional Sales Director with a highly motivated sales professional with proven success in selling next-generation telecommunication core network solutions and services.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage partner development, sales, and customer satisfaction within the territory to meet and exceed assigned sales quota and business objectives.
* Drive adoption of company solutions among strategic partners and OEM Mobile device partners.
* Identifying new customers and new opportunities with existing customers.
* Presenting the Agnity portfolio value proposition at the executive level.
* Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
* Delivering compelling technical and business information to close the sale.
* Identifying key decision-makers and customer business case to internal executives to quantify and qualify business opportunities at proposal reviews.
* Managing a lengthy, complex customer process for central office switching.
* Functioning as key leader of a high-performance sales team.
* Work with partner sales teams to meet assigned sales goals by creating and carrying out sales plans and strategies.
* Provide sales support to partner sales teams through continual training, partner visits, technical and administrative information, demonstrations, and customer price quotes for Agnity offerings.
* Maintain long-term relationships with partners and Agnity product to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure aftermarket revenue.

* Regional Sales Director skill requirements include being an excellent communicator.
* The candidate must be socially perceptive and an active listener who leverages information gained to build relationships.
* This individual also must be innovative in their quest to help Agnity's strategic partners effectively sell their product.
* In addition to these critical skills and personality traits, Agnity is looking for Regional Sales Director candidates with the following skills and abilities:
* Technically astute in telecommunication network architecture with emphasis on Next Generation Intelligent Networks.
* Experience in complex solution selling and articulation of competitive advantages and value proposition.
* Strong customer relationship skills, excellent presentations skills, as well as proven business/market/technical knowledge.
* Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet assigned sales quota.
* Developing and growing OEM device partners and prospective partner relationships.
* Ability to use leadership and sales acumen to train and develop sales staff of partners.
* Ability to use analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of a channel partner relationship.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet communications media, and CRM tools for pipeline performance and reporting.
* Ability to work with other cross-functional teams on different continents; the ability to communicate and the ability to foster teamwork.
* Must be able to work harmoniously in a multi-tasking sales environment, and function as both a team member and a team leader based upon specific sales opportunities.
* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
* Minimum ten years of solution sales experience in a Telecommunications environment.
* Proven success in selling next-generation telecommunication core network solutions and services to Communication Service Provides.
* Demonstratable in-depth knowledge of IMS/LTE Core architecture and relative cloud transformation.
