This is a fully [remote/in-person/hybrid] opportunity for one of our esteemed clients.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with UX /UI designers to create visually appealing and frictionless C&ID and SSO experiences for end consumers (Pet Owners)
* Take the lead in designing, developing, and optimizing Software Development Kits (SDKs) that facilitate seamless integration of our C&ID and Single Sign-On (SSO) product into the environment of client's brands /divisions and their consumer-facing websites & apps
* Lead the development and refinement of consumer-facing features such as Newsletter Sign-Up with Cross-division Consent Capture, Online Registration and My Account Creation, Login using username ./email & password (for existing customers), Self-Service Preference Center, etc. contributing to its architecture and ensuring a user-friendly, frictionless and intuitive interface to maximize usage, adoption & conversion goals while keeping a sharp eye on security and compliance to privacy regulations
* Provide expert guidance and support to client's markets and divisions, aiding them in effectively integrating their systems and applications with our SSO product, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration process.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to deeply understand business requirements specific to front end development within the realm of Consent, Identity & SSO, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
* Continuously enhance user authentication experiences by implementing front end solutions that prioritize usability, security, and accessibility within the Consent, Identity and SSO domain.
* Contribute to comprehensive documentation efforts, creating clear technical specifications, user guides, and documentation to facilitate seamless communication between development teams and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality code and effective testing procedures, ensuring the reliability and scalability of front end solutions integrated with our SSO product.
Must Have
* Strong proficiency in front end technologies, including JavaScript and React.js, to design and implement user interfaces that align with best practices and optimize the user experience within the Consent, Identity & SSO domain.
* Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, showcasing an understanding of automated testing and deployment processes.
* Experience working in an Agile development environment, with an understanding of Agile methodologies and practices to contribute effectively within an iterative development cycle.
* knowledge and understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Consent products, showcasing an awareness of their critical role in enhancing and securing customer experiences within digital platforms.
* Understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience collaborating with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces within the Consent, Identity & SSO domains.
* Familiarity with authentication protocols and standards, such as OAuth and OpenID Connect, to enhance understanding of authentication processes within the Consent and Identity domain.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration between business units and the development team in the context of front end engineering. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in ensuring cross-browser compatibility for frontend solutions, ensuring a consistent and optimal user experience across different web browsers.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Skill in translating business requirements into successful front end solutions within the Consent, Identity and SSO domains.
