We’re a lean, remote, and creative team running performance-driven ad campaigns for brands like Crowmie, PropHero, and Vivla. Our goal? Launch content that converts — fast. And to do that, we need someone who can take over the creative execution, team coordination, and light media buying side of things with confidence and style.
🎯 Your Mission
You’ll be the bridge between creative content, performance strategy, and campaign execution. From crafting compelling hooks to coordinating with clients and uploading campaigns to Meta Ads — you’ll make sure everything flows smoothly and gets results.
🔧 Responsibilities
🧠Creative & Content
•Write hooks and ad angles based on customer pain points, benefits, or results.
•Create or adapt short-form video scripts (Reels, TikToks, Ads).
•Brief and manage the video editing team, give feedback, and organize deliveries.
•Maintain a clear database of creative assets and performance learnings.
🤝 Client Coordination
•Request new videos weekly (UGC, testimonial, founder selfie, etc.).
•Follow up on delivery timelines and ensure smooth communication.
•Share what creatives are working and why — in simple, clear language.
•Help collect brand assets, permissions, ad access, or references when needed.
đź“Š Media Buying Operations
•Launch campaigns on Meta Ads using pre-set structures.
•Upload creatives and copy, duplicate ad sets, and make basic optimizations.
•Pause or scale campaigns based on instructions.
•Report key performance data in dashboards (Notion or Google Sheets).
✅ What We’re Looking For
•2+ years of experience in performance-driven content creation.
•Strong creative writing and ad copy skills.
•Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram campaigns).
•Highly organized and proactive – you love systems and clear workflows.
•Confident communicating with clients and internal teams.
•Intermediate+ English level.
•Bonus: experience working with video editors or basic editing tools.
