Responsibilities: * Management of administrative and documentary tasks related to warehouse activities. * Handling movements and transactions in SAP related to warehouse operations: receipt of raw materials, material movements, shipments, and transactions with external warehouses. * Incident management with external warehouses and transportation, as well as document management and key performance indicators tracking. * System maintenance, monitoring various SAP reports, and updating and maintaining master data in the system (SAP). * Communication and support to other KLI departments to contribute to the company's overall objectives. * Management of cyclical inventories. * Participation and support in functions related to statistics and performance indicators. * Support and coordination of department tasks, following the guidelines and organization set by the Supply Chain Manager. Qualifications: * SAP Key User - advanced knowledge. * Good English level. * Very good Spanish level. * Experience in industrial environment and experience in logistics. * Experienced in leading small teams (2-3 people). * Experience in other SAP modules. * Communication, organization, decision-making, and priority-setting skills. * Teamwork, initiative, and planning.
