Job Description
1- Education:
University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economy, Business Sciences, Accounting, etc.
2- Position Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Carry out calculations and settlement of monthly or quarterly taxes (VAT, IRPF, CORPORATIONS) as the case may be.
2. Administrative management of rental and sale of real estate.
3. Support in the accounting area, contribute to audits in the department.
4. Maintain order and management of documentation, perform banking-type tasks.
3- Language Skills:
Spanish and English language skills.
4- Career Experience:
Demonstrable experience in a similar position. 5 years experience in the accounting area. Experience in real estate is a plus.
5- Computer Skills and Software:
Advanced skills and experience in:
* SAGE50
Microsoft Office.
